Hey, that was great...
I loved this one! The art was fun, the story was great, and I especially loved how everything was synchronized INCREDIBLY well with the music. The entire concept overall was just fantastic... great work, just as good as "Til Death Do Us Part," but in a lot of other ways. Keep 'em coming!

I have to admit that the art was incredibly good. I wouldn't have even thought to accuse you of tracing anything, as you so adamantly assert in the introductory notes, but the fact that you insist that you didn't so much makes me wonder. At any rate, the stick figures were only mildly disappointing; the shadows, facial features, and detail all worked relatively well, somehow. The only reason this didn't score higher for me is because Dragonball Z, frankly, sickens me at this point. But nice job in every other respect.

How can I put this? Good concept. Bad art. The story was fantastic, but the relatively poor quality artwork was a bit distracting. Great effort, though... I'm sure with a bit of practice, you'll be making some good stuff.

Very nice. Although it was a little cliche with the whole Blade thing, the animation and graphics were VERY nice. Entertaining in a cinematic sort of way. Keep up the great work!
i had to do the blade thing, well i gotta tell you first the characters in it were all ppl i knew, the black guy was me, butch and nate were friends that i graduated from highschool with who i still hang wit...so i did this to kinda entertain all of us...so one day i think we were listening to nate's bad techno, and i just made the comment when i hear techno thats bad like that, it makes me wanna dress like blade and go up in a club and start killin ppl...Plus guns and swords always make a nice combo, look at Versus and Matrix Reloaded

First off, I'd like to point out the loose (VERY loose) demographic that perhaps 98% of NG flash animators tend to be male. Coincidentally, 90% of the stuff that comes through here seems to be total crap; your refreshing feminine touch seems to be what we need around here. The humor, the art, the bitingly caustic monologue (that's bonus points in my book! ^_^)... it was all great. I definitely can't wait to see more of your Flash movies. Oh, and hey... you need voice actors? :D
That was interesting...
...no really, it was. Aside from the poor voice synching, this seemed like pretty professional Flash moviemaking. The plot was random enough for NG, yet not so random that it wasn't unbearable, and the art was pretty decent too. Nice job... seems like this'll make the daily list, maybe even weekly... and horror of horrors, perhaps even the front page.

While the song got a little irritating after a while, I actually liked your choice of art, and the way everything worked out (Van Gogh's "Starry Night" -- GREAT move! ^_^) and the overall feel of it. Each component of the movie wasn't especially good, but the thing as a whole turned out pretty well; this is definitely a case where the final product is greater than the sum of its parts. Decent job.
